Cancellation Policy
Auto Outfitters – Online Booking & Service Policy By scheduling any appointment or approving any work with Auto Outfitters, you agree to the following terms: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to better serve all customers and manage shop scheduling efficiently. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in delays in future scheduling availability. Estimates & Labor Time All labor times provided are estimates only based on standard vehicle conditions. Actual labor time may vary depending on vehicle condition, including but not limited to: Excessive rust or corrosion Seized, stripped, or broken bolts Previous improper repairs or modifications Unforeseen mechanical complications Additional labor time may be required if these conditions are present. Customer Decisions, Changes, & Buyer’s Remorse Auto Outfitters is not responsible for customer decisions after approval of parts or services, including: Change of mind Buyer’s remorse Customer ordering or selection errors Misunderstanding of product fitment or application Once parts are ordered or work has begun, cancellations may not be possible. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returned special-order or non-stock items, as well as in cases involving customer-initiated cancellations. Pricing Policy All prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier cost fluctuations, availability, or job condition changes discovered during service. Any changes will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed. Approval of Work By approving an estimate or booking online, the customer authorizes Auto Outfitters to perform the agreed-upon services. Any additional work required due to unforeseen conditions will be communicated and must be approved before proceeding.
